• Assist residents who need help with dressing, undressing, bathing and using the toilet.
• Help residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities; assist with aids and equipment.
• Make and change beds; tidy rooms and do light cleaning.
• Answer emergency bells, the door and the telephone; greet visitors.
• Serve meals; assist residents at meal times; wash up utensils.
• Assist a senior member of staff with medication administration.
• Perform other such reasonable duties as may be required.
