Job summary

Linkers Health in Brightlingsea is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to support residents with personal care, meals and activities while promoting independence. You will provide person-centered support and a listening ear in a variety of settings.

Flexible shifts are offered with part-time hours (20 per week). Salary ranges from £10.50 to £14.50 per hour; sponsorship is not available. Full UK driving licence is preferred, with DBS and right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• First Aid knowledge.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report all irregularities to management staff.
• Interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports.
• Interact with families and other visitors professionally.
