Heart2Heart Care Ltd in Crawley is hiring a caring Care Worker to provide domiciliary support in clients’ homes across Crawley, Horsham and surrounding areas.

You will assist with personal care, promote independence and wellbeing, and follow care plans with attention to safeguarding and accurate record-keeping. A Enhanced DBS check and training are required; previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.
