As a Care Worker, you’ll have a hands-on approach to caring for our elderly residents. You’ll be flexible to respond to their individual needs, assisting them with personal care when required and ensuring their environment is safe and secure, following health and safety requirements, and carrying out care plans and risk assessments.

Byrnhill Grove is a residential care home in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The home cares for elderly people. It is easily accessible by public transport and centrally located in Ventnor.
If you don’t have experience in care but have a genuine passion for helping people live better lives, we will provide full training to equip you with the necessary skills.
