Job summary

Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking passionate healthcare assistants to join our domiciliary care team, delivering personal care and support to clients in their own homes. We value kindness, accountability, excellence, and a positive attitude while maintaining high standards of care.

You will assist clients with daily activities, help with medications as required, and keep detailed records. We offer paid training, CPD, and opportunities for progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Two verifiable work or study related references are a must.

• Full UK driving licence is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus; initial training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with toileting, continence, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with medication as detailed in the care plan.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication provided.
• Prepare meals and beverages considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Perform light domestic tasks as instructed by the care plan.

Domiciliary Care Worker Job Description

Verity Healthcare Limited is looking for passionate and caring healthcare assistants to join our enthusiastic team of domiciliary carers. We are recruiting care assistants who have the right values kindness, accountability, excellence, and passion and exhibit a positive attitude in providing quality care and support for the less able individuals. You must be willing to develop yourself and your skills.

• Domicilairy care (door to door)
• Providing personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
• Assisting Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene, getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
• Assisting Clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records concerning care and medication support given and tasks undertaken
• Preparing food and drink for the Client, being aware of the Client s choice likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements
• Providing light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management
• Observing all health & safety rules and taking reasonable care to promote the health and safety of self and others and raising any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor
• Any other duties requested by Senior Management, which are within the scope of the post
