Join NR Care Ltd as a Live-in Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centered home health care in Norfolk and Suffolk. You will support adults with varying needs, promoting independence and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults with a variety of needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist service users with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and dressing while promoting independence.
• Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations and any changes in the service user's condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in home health care.
