Job summary

The Brendoncare Otterbourne Court is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide and develop our care teams, ensuring safe, person-centred care on every shift. You should hold NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care and be confident in leading by example.

With fully funded CHAPs training and ongoing coaching, Brendoncare supports your growth in a compassionate, charity-driven environment focused on dignity and respect for older people.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.

What is Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill like? Brendoncare Otterbourne Court is a new care home in Hampshire, nestled in the village of Otterbourne. The residential home provides both dementia and nursing care for up to 64 residents in a family-like environment, filled with opportunities for friendship and a sense of community. For a home-from-home feel, Otterbourne Court is divided into smaller households of 16 bedrooms. Our experience over the last 35 years has shown that these smaller households create a lovely family-like atmosphere. At Otterbourne Court, each household includes a selection of communal areas and facilities where you can socialise with other residents. There are also other spaces for quieter occupations and tranquillity. The layout of the households has been specifically designed to help people find their way around easily. Outside, the gardens and terraces are a real feature.
