Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in the UK is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise 24 hours per week across night shifts (8 pm–8 am). You’ll work with the Deputy Manager to oversee staff, manage shifts, and ensure medication procedures, care assessments, and regulatory compliance are met, delivering high-quality care to residents.
