Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, assign staff, and ensure high-quality resident care across our care home. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain compassionate, person-centred support and uphold best practices in daily operations.
You will conduct medication procedures, perform care assessments, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while fostering a positive, team-focused culture.
5 days per week - alternate weekends & a mixture of eary & late shifts
