Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to drive high-quality care across daily shifts in our Corby-based facility. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to supervise a team, assign duties, and ensure smooth delivery of person-centred care while upholding regulatory standards.

Alongside people leadership, you'll oversee medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and foster a positive, supportive culture among staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care team in adult social care.
• Ability to supervise shifts and allocate staff.
• Knowledge of medication procedures and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and safeguarding awareness.
