Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with Learning Difficulties/ Mental Health/Autism/ Complex Needs.
• Supervisory experience.
• QCF Level 3 or working towards.
• Hold a current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage rotas to ensure adequate shift coverage and accurate payroll submissions.
• Lead, direct, supervise and support staff to deliver flexible, person-centred care.
• Ensure medications and care plans are followed and policies adhered to.
• Attend team meetings, participate in on-call duties, and monitor health and safety.
