You will support the Home and Deputy Managers, manage medications and contribute to audits. A positive energy, strong organisational skills and experience in dementia care are essential, with an NVQ 3 in Health

Qualifications

• We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader with experience in dementia care and leading care teams.
• Strong relationship-building, record-keeping, and clear communication are essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
