You will lead a team of Support Workers, oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs. The role emphasizes safeguarding, collaboration with families and professionals, and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Experienced Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers
• Strong communication, organisational and people skills
• Experience in handling behaviours that challenge and applying safe interventions in line with best-practice guidelines
• Commitment to promoting independence, dignity and choice in care
