The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage medications, and contribute to service development while upholding compassionate, professional values within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be well-organised and IT literate.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience or willingness to undertake medication administration training.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising your shift.
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
• Administering and recording medication.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence.
• Working with the leadership team to develop services.
• Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
