Sanctuary Care Limited in Wantage is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the wellbeing of residents and lead a compassionate care team at Wantage Nursing Home. You will deliver personalised care, coordinate activities, and promote a respectful environment for older people.

This role emphasizes teamwork, development of Care Assistants, and delivering high-quality care within a supportive, not-for-profit organisation that values its staff and residents.

Competenze

• NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
