Job summary

Jewish Care is seeking a caring, motivated Care Team Leader to guide residential and nursing teams, delivering person-centred care and promoting wellbeing, dignity, and independence for residents. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, manage care plans, and ensure safe, compassionate care while fostering a warm, inclusive environment for residents, relatives, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff within a care setting.
• Experience supporting older people, including dementia and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care staff during shifts to ensure high-quality care.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities per care plans.
• Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Contribute to development and review of person-centred care plans.
