Job summary

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Bank Team Leader for our Neath Care Home. You will mentor Care Assistants to ensure outstanding care, reporting to the Home Manager and coordinating with ancillary teams.

You will engage residents in meaningful activities and promote independence, dignity and respect while developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments. We offer bank hours, competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive induction with funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader in health and social care.
• Understanding of CQC or regulatory frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding care.
• Report to the Home Manager and collaborate with other teams.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
