Job summary

Anchor Hanover is seeking a Care Team Leader at Firth House, Selby. You will lead care teams, supervise shifts, and ensure high-quality care for residents. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to deliver consistent, compassionate support.

Responsibilities include medication procedures, assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while promoting development and compassionate care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 NVQ or be working towards.
• Experience leading care teams and supervising shifts.
• Ability to conduct care assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and staff assignments in the care home.
• Conduct medication procedures following policy.
• Perform care assessments and monitor resident wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality care.
