Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Primrose CourtCare Home on the outskirts of Leeds. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for residents.

The role requires experience in senior care or NVQ 2 (or working towards) and familiarity with MARRS and DCP. Join a supportive team focused on delivering excellent resident care and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Care or NVQ 2 (or working towards) is required.
• Experience using MARRS and DCP software is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities are essential.
