Shift patterns include: 07:45-20:00 and 19:45-08:00.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, care assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure residents receive excellent care and foster a positive environment within the team.
