Applicants with experience as Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) are preferred. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are encouraged to apply. As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of excellent person-centered care to enable individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your responsibilities include recruiting, developing support staff through supervision, conducting interviews, and providing guidance. You should possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and external professionals, along with good written communication and IT skills for record-keeping.
