Job summary

Anchor is seeking a Care Team Leader to ensure residents receive top-quality care. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to supervise shifts, allocate staff, and uphold care standards on-site at YO8 3FZ.

In addition, you will conduct medication procedures, perform care assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your leadership will foster a supportive, person-centred culture across the care team, contributing to high morale and excellent resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and allocate staff to ensure continuous, high-quality resident care.
• Manage staff assignments and supervise caregiving activities on-site.
• Conduct medication procedures in line with care plans and regulations.
• Perform ongoing care assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the care team and with the Deputy Manager.
