Job summary

Glenholme Healthcare in Sleaford is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide a dedicated team of Support Workers and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will create and oversee tailored care plans with healthcare professionals, ensure CQC standards are met, and build strong relationships with residents, families and external partners, while providing hands-on support when needed.

LOCATION: Holdingham House, Lodge and Meadowbeck - Sleaford

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.

• A compassionate, person-centred approach and a commitment to dignity and respect.
• Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
