Job summary

Glenholme Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader for our Supported Living Service at Vincent Place, Stevenage. This role leads a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs, ensuring high standards and continuity of care.

You will develop tailored care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and uphold CQC standards while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.

• Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
