Job summary

Lifeways Group in Peacehaven is seeking a Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager and lead a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with strong opportunities for development, funded health and social care qualifications, DBS paid for by the company, and a range of staff benefits.

Applicants with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and a track record in leading care teams will be prioritized.

• Experience leading a care team and delivering person-centred care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
