Role: Care Team Leader - Nights (Senior Care Assistant)

Location: Bradbury House, Wasdale Road, Gosforth, Seascale, CA20 1AU
Hours: 36 hours per week, including alternative weekends. 8pm - 8am
Pay: £14.34 - £14.80 per hour

The Role of Care Team Leader

• Our Care Team Leaders are at the heart of our operations. As the recognised Senior Carer on a shift, you'll be responsible for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of our residents.
• You will prepare, implement, and review personal care plans, including administering medication.
• You will supervise, support, coach, and develop other team members, and liaise with residents and other involved parties. Your goal is to ensure residents' needs and wishes are central to the care we provide.
• As the Senior Carer on shift, you will take the lead in emergencies and when staff or residents need assistance.

About You

• You should be an experienced Carer, ideally holding a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be committed to obtaining this qualification.
• You must demonstrate good organisational and staff management skills, be proficient in writing and updating Care Plans, and competent in medication administration.
• Most importantly, you should be passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to our residents, their families, and friends.
