Job summary

Glenholme Healthcare's Holdingham House in Sleaford is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise a team of Support Workers, develop tailored care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs.

The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour. Sponsorship is not available; Enhanced DBS check is required. There are training and progression opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.

• Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
