Job description

Rate of pay for this role is £14.60 per hour.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week.

1. We have an exciting opportunity for an empathetic, experienced, and compassionate leader. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.
2. You will oversee medication management within the household, ensuring accurate records are maintained and customer care plans are up to date.
3. You should be aware that challenges may arise, and you will need to be excellent at planning both your time and your team while remaining supportive of individuals' needs.

This is a fantastic role for someone who truly cares about health and well-being in later years. The right candidate will be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be working toward it); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
