Job Opportunity: Care Team Leader

Rate of pay for this role is £14.60 per hour.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week.

• We have an exciting opportunity for an empathetic, experienced, and compassionate leader. As a Care Team Leader, you will provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.
• You will be responsible for managing medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are maintained and customer care plans are up to date.
• You should be aware that challenges may arise, and you will need excellent skills in planning your time and supporting your team while accommodating individual needs.

This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about health and well-being in later years. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional role model and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be working towards it); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
