As a Team Leader at Avocet Court Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and providing high-quality care.

Situated in a residential area in Ipswich, our 115-bedroom Avocet Court Care Home is surrounded by beautiful gardens. As one of the top residential care homes, we maintain exceptional standards of care.

About the role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in care delivery within the home. Your support helps us ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas.

Salary: £13.07 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week, with 12.25-hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
