Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to inspire and oversee care across shifts, working with the Deputy Manager to ensure residents receive high-quality, compliant care. You will supervise staff rosters, support medication procedures, conduct care assessments and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
