Lifeways Group in Shipston-on-Stour is hiring a Support Worker for Stourbank, a supported living service for younger adults with learning disabilities, autism, and brain injuries. You will provide personal care, medication support, meal planning, and help build independence in a team that values growth and positive impact.

This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) operates on a rota across 7 days with shifts from early to late, including sleep-ins.

Job Description

Support Worker – (Stourbank Service)

Salary: £13 per hour

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, sleep-in shift 10:00pm–7:00am (rota-based across weekdays and weekends)

About Stourbank

Stourbank is a 5-bedroom supported living service with a homely atmosphere. The people we support are predominantly independent and enjoy cooking for each other, spending time together, and participating in group activities like themed "around the world" meals. It’s a vibrant and inclusive environment where friendships flourish.

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
