Lifeways Southampton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for waking night shifts to help people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs live independently. You’ll provide personal care, meals, daily tasks, and medication support within a compassionate team.

Join a brand-new service opening in Southampton this May, with training and ongoing support. Evening/night shifts run 10pm–7am in SO31, London area.

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and medication administration
