Job summary

Norse Care’s St Nicholas House in Dereham is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker for night shifts, 20.25 hours per week with the potential for extra hours. You will provide personal care and support in a person-centred plan, helping users maintain independence with warmth and dignity.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care and support tasks in line with the person-centred care plan.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate passion for supporting others and upholding core values at interview.
• Enhanced DBS check required for the successful candidate.
