Job summary

Norse Care’s Harker House in Long Stratton is seeking a Care Support Worker to join a friendly, supportive team. The role offers 35 hours per week with paid nights and enhancements, and opportunities for additional hours. We provide funded training, career progression, and a strong focus on person-centred care to improve the lives of our service users.

Applicants may be experienced in care or new to the industry. Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to enable independence and dignity for service users
• Work as part of a team to support wellbeing events and activities
• Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with medical professionals as required
