Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Gateshead/South Tyneside, offering £12.85 per hour on a full-time/part-time basis. You will provide personal care, assist with medication, and carry out housing management tasks as part of a compassionate team.

No prior care experience is required; we value a person-centred, engaging approach and support you to develop through our Development Pathway with trained progression and qualifications.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; candidate should be engaging and person-centred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Respectful attitude and ability to build rapport with service users.
