Job summary

A compassionate healthcare provider in Gateshead is seeking Health Care Support Workers to provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes. Qualifications

• Must be kind, caring, and ready to learn.
• Driver with access to a car is preferred (not essential).
• Must have UK work authorisation (sponsorship/visa switch not available).

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes across Gateshead and Birtley.
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, meals, medication).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients live independently and with dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
