Norse Care’s Sydney House in Stalham is seeking a Care Support Worker to help residents with daily personal care and support tasks, promoting independence and dignity within a person-centred care plan.

You will work as part of a friendly team, supporting wellbeing events and activities, contributing to a safe and engaging environment for service users. An enhanced DBS check is required, with the cost borne by the employer.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to promote independence and dignity.
• Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care in line with care plans.
• Promote wellbeing, participate in events and activities for residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and handle emergencies as required.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals and community stakeholders as needed.
