Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as required under the direction of the Manager/Shift Leader.
• Be involved in meeting each service user’s individual needs daily, including driving clients to appointments if licensed.
• Support service users' personal care and daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meals.
• Assist with basic care where needed and report issues to the Manager.
• Participate in leisure activities at home and in the community when appropriate.
• Act as Key-Worker for identified service users where designated by the Manager.
