Job summary

Halton Borough Council is seeking experienced Care and Support Workers for St Luke’s care home. You will provide person-centred care, assist with personal care, medication prompting and health monitoring, helping residents maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care and Support Worker in residential care settings.
• Commitment to person‑centred care and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care promoting dignity, privacy, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist residents with personal care needs including washing, dressing, grooming and continence care.
• Support with medication prompting, basic health monitoring and wound care as required.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and review meetings.
• Encourage access to community, leisure, education and employment opportunities.
