Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help deliver outstanding healthcare at Longfield House in Clayton, Bradford. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts on a two-week rolling rota, with alternate weekends, to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

You will work in a person-centred environment, focusing on independence, safety and wellbeing, under an enhanced DBS process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
