Job summary

Lifeways in Osgodby near Market Rasen is seeking Care Support Workers to join our devoted team. Previous experience in care or supported living is ideal, but Lifeways also trains newcomers with a passion for helping others lead more independent lives. Shifts run 08:00–22:00 with sleep-ins; two shifts one week, three the next, and one weekend on/off.

A mobility car is provided due to service needs. We offer funded health and social care qualifications, a free DBS check, and Lifeways Rewards

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support role preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop qualifications with Lifeways support.
• Commitment to person-centered care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to residents in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities and community involvement.
• Record and communicate with the team about residents' needs and progress.
