Lifeways in Osgodby near Market Rasen is seeking Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will support adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead more independent lives with patient, compassionate care.

The role offers full-time shifts, training funded by Lifeways, sleepovers included, and DBS checks provided. A driver is helpful due to mobility car. We value genuine commitment and offer progression in a supportive community.

Here at Lifeways in Osgodby, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work. However, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

The shift times are 08.00 to 22.00 with a sleep in. This would be two shifts one week, 3 the next. One weekend on, one off.

Our Supported Living services in Osgodby, provide life-changing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions.
