Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help three ladies in a single-storey home in Scotland. You’ll join a friendly team with shifts across mornings and evenings, including sleepovers, and play a key role in enabling daily activities and social engagement.

We hire on values, welcoming people from all backgrounds, including those without formal care experience. Uniforms are not required and guaranteed weekly shifts are provided.

Qualifications

• We hire based on values, welcoming people from all walks of life: seasoned support workers, Care Assistants, Veterans, those with lived experience, or even total newbies with a passion to care.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 ladies in a single-storey house with daily activities such as arts and crafts, bingo, theatre, shopping, cafes and days out.
• Ensure shifts with at least 2 staff, usually 3 during the day.
• Provide person-centred support to help individuals achieve the best possible lives.
