Southern Housing aims to support residents across supported housing schemes with compassionate, person-centred care. You will work as part of a team to promote dignity, independence and inclusion, while building strong relationships with residents and colleagues.

This hands-on role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with full training provided and opportunities to pursue an NVQ Level 2 in Care to develop your career in the housing and care sector.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and support provided.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Care.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents across schemes and services.
• Support residents to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity and inclusion.
• Adapt to evenings and weekend rotas and participate in on-call arrangements if required.
