Cygnet is looking for a confident Care & Support Worker to help residents at Hawkstone, Bradford, supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is full-time (42 hours per week) with a two-week rolling rota and alternate weekends, days only.

You will provide day-to-day care, guidance, and support, promoting a person-centred approach and enabling independence. DBS check is required.

Responsabilités

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
• Safeguard.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Support service users to access the community and engage in activities.
• Encourage growth and learning through tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
