We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to join our team to support a client based in London, Worcester Park, KT4 area who has complex health and social care needs.
Full training will be provided to prepare you for the role of Care Support Assistant. Upon completion of training, you will be paid a competitive rate of £15.54 for day shifts and £16.20 for waking night shifts.
This role involves a mixture of 12-hour day shifts and waking night shifts, requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Please note this role involves supporting our client in their own home environment, where pets are present.

Your responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant will include: Providing personal care (toileting, washing, dressing), catheter care, bowel management, cough assisting, medication administration, supporting transfers and repositioning, maintaining nutrition and hydration, assisting with feeding, and supporting our client to attend social activities and appointments.
Skills and experience required: Good communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English are essential. Possessing a UK full driving license and previous experience are advantageous.
