McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Care & Support Assistant to join their team at the stunning estate Williams Place in Didcot.

Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role:

As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents' activities, helping with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a real difference using your people skills.

About you:

• You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in a care or support environment.
• You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• You are interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification. Consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
