We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to come and join our team to support a client based in Kingston Upon Thames.

Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Assistant, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay of £13.92 per hour for day shifts and £15.02 per hour for waking night shifts after completion of training.

We have many shifts available to suit your preferences - for example, part-time, full-time, days and waking nights.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include:

1. Preparing meals and assistance to eat if needed
2. Support with all personal care
3. Support with catheter care
4. Maintaining the home, cleaning, keeping tidy
5. Supporting to research activities of choice, book and attend
6. Supporting to meet up with friends
7. Support with shopping
8. Support with all daily living whilst building a professional but friendly relationship

Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:

You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
