McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious Shepheards House development in Chislehurst, Bromley.
Built in 2018, Shepheards House is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 40 apartments designed for those over 70, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £13.61 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents in activities that promote health and wellbeing, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and helping with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.
